We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions, supporting our Government client.
We specialize in systems integration for government and commercial clients looking to maximize their investment in technology and achieve their business goals with a partner that has the knowledge and agility to provide the best vendor-neutral solution.
Day to Day: • Provide business and administrative support to include document writing and editing, calendar maintenance, and report preparation • Coordinate the preparation and assembly of information and materials for meetings • Schedule and manage travel, logistics and catering for meetings • Manage miscellaneous tasks for Government executives and program managers
Professional Skills: • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities • Team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Must be deadline driven with the ability to work in a fast paced environment • Organized and detail oriented
Qualifications: • 4+ years of related administrative and business operations experience • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and O365 applications
A Plus: • Experience working with Government executivies • Experience using Adobe Acrobat • Bachelor's degree
